1.0 BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Munig Engineering Solutions Limited is private company dealing in electrical installations, solar systems and backup systems, generators sale, lease, hire, maintenance and repairs, security systems, structured cabling & computer networking with the aim of satisfying the needs and expectations of her customers as well as other stake holders.
Munig invites prequalification of suppliers and service providers for the provision of supplies/works/services for the financial years 2025-2027.
2.0 SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO PROVIDERS
2.1 Delivery of bids and clarification.

2.2 Pricing
The bidder shall be expected to submit a price list for the items or services while submitting their bid. The price list shall be in Ugx .
2.3 Deadline for submission of applications
The deadline for the submission of bids shall be 30/ March /2025. Late applications shall be rejected.
3.0 TERMS OF SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
3.1 Delivery of products
Items requested by client shall be delivered at the address in 2.1 above at no cost and within time.
3.2 Delivery period:
The delivery for any products ordered shall be expected to be 1 hour from time of confirmation of order.
3.3 Packaging of materials
Appropriate packaging should be used to protect goods in transit.
3.4 Delivery confirmation
The supplier/ service provider shall always ensure that a goods receipt form is signed after delivery of items.
3.5 Terms of payment:
The company shall issue payments 30 Days from date of delivery. This supplier/service provider must always issue tax invoices immediately after delivery.
3.6 Warranty
Warranty offered for items shall be 1-5 years depending on the item.
3.7 Non-conforming items
Items that are rejected as a result of having any defects shall be returned to the supplier and a goods return form shall be filled
3.8 Health and safety practices
The supplier/ service provider shall be expected to adhere to safety policies in the country. The items supplied shall be considered safe and relevant certifications for the items in line with safety should be attached.
The supplier/service provider and its employees shall be expected to deliver works in a safe manner
3.9 Environmental policies.
The supplier shall be expected to supply products that are environmentally friendly. In the same regard, service providers shall be cautious of the environment when executing works at the company premises.
4.0 STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS
The bidder must submit the following documents as part of their bid.
- Valid Trading license
- Tax registration certificate
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Documents evidencing their compliance to safety and environmental standards
- Documentary evidence of past performance for 5 contractual engagements in terms of contracts or LPO’s.
- Articles and memorandum of association.
- Complete company profile
- Tax clearance certificate addressed to Munig.
- Document evidencing their quality certification e.g UNBS
