Head of Operations
REPORTING TO : BOARD OF DIRECTORS/ MANAGING DIRECTOR
Job Purpose:
The Head of Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing all operational activities within the Company. This includes strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring the seamless coordination of the Technical, Projects, and Health & Safety departments to deliver high-quality engineering solutions, on-time project delivery, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet the company’s objectives and long-term goals.
- Align the Technical, Projects, and Health & Safety departments with the overall strategic vision of the company.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all operational teams.
- Oversee the Technical Manager to ensure engineering designs, processes, and solutions meet quality and performance standards.
- Review and approve technical plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client expectations.
- Promote the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Evaluate project performance using KPIs, ensuring alignment with client satisfaction and financial objectives.
- Monitor project progress, resolve resource allocation conflicts, and mitigate risks.
- Lead the Health & Safety Manager to maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and training programs to create a safety-first culture.
- Investigate safety incidents, drive corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to the Technical, Projects, and Health & Safety teams.
- Identify and address skill gaps within teams, fostering professional development and succession planning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate operational updates and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in Projects Management or equivalent is highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or technical leadership within the engineering or construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing diverse teams, including technical, project, and health & safety functions.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of engineering processes, project management methodologies, and safety regulations.
- Financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

TECHNICAL OFFICER (AC & REFRIGRATION)
REPORTING TO : TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR
Job Purpose:
The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning, refrigeration, heating systems and carrying out general electrical works in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The technician should have excellent technical skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with AC and refrigeration systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Test and adjust systems to ensure proper functioning
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in the field
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- And all other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma in electrical and systems maintenance or equivalent required
- 1 year Experience in in HVAC/R repair and maintenance or equivalent experience
- Valid driving/riding licence.
- Experience with commercial and industrial AC and refrigeration systems

TECHNICAL OFFICER (NETWORK, MANTRAP, CAMERA, INTERCOM AND ACCESS CONTROL)
REPORTING TO : TECHNICAL MANAGER
Job Purpose
The technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of network, security, and communication systems, including man-traps, cameras, and intercoms. The technician should have excellent technical skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, communication systems including routers, switches, intercoms and firewalls.
- Design, install, and maintain security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and man-traps.
- Troubleshoot and repair network, security, and communication systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and backups
- Provide technical support and training to users
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in the field
- Maintain accurate records of system maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering electrical or a related field
1+ years of experience in network administration, security systems, and communication systems
- Valid driving/ riding licence.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Knowledge of security protocols, including SSL/TLS and VPNs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment, and work in cramped spaces
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

REPORTING TO : TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR
Job Purpose
A Solar and General Electrical Technician, will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems and general electrical systems. The technician should have excellent technical skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, sizing and repair solar systems, including rooftop and ground-mounted systems
- Install, maintain, and repair general electrical systems, including residential, commercial, and industrial electrical
systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including fault finding and diagnosis
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting solar panels and electrical systems
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of solar and electrical systems
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in the field
- Maintain accurate records of system maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Electrical engineering or a related field
1+ years of experience in solar panel installation and maintenance, and general electrical work
- Valid driving/riding licence
- Valid ERA permit class Z, C or D
Skills
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and renewable energy systems

PROJECTS OFFICER
REPORTING TO : PROJECTS MANAGER
Job Purpose:
The Projects Officer is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of engineering projects. This role involves liaising with different departments, managing resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Submission of assessment and completion reports to different clients on time.
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets Assist in the planning
and organizing of the projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure that project deliverables meet the required specifications.
- Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Maintain comprehensive project records, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Provision of solutions to complaints raised by the customer.
- Working with the technical team to ensure proper service schedule implementation.
- Making quotation as per demands of the clients.
- Composing, updating and giving feedback to clients through emails.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or mechanical engineering and any related field.
- Minimum of 1year of experience in project management within an engineering
environment or busy business environment.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
